BACKGROUND CREATION IMPLEMENTATION WORK IN PROGRESS
SAVING UP UNCONVENTIONALLY
Kakeibo by Papaya is one of the latest applications that we launched from The Papaya Group. We especially like it because it arises from the suggestion of a client and the whole team could participate in the ideation.
It is a gamification app based on the Japanese saving method kakeibo where you can control your spending and set goals to save as much as you can.
GAMIFICATION AND DESIGN FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE

With Kakeibo we wanted, above all, to design a fun and very social app. To do this, we created a gamification system based on animals (assigning each a capacity of saving) in the predominant category of user expenses. We designed a series of personified animals aligned with the general layout of the application and completed with a smooth user experience and a special care in the communication with the user.

Finally, we integrated Twitter and Facebook in the most natural and automated way, so that sharing networks were another incentive in using the application.

COMING SOON TO THE BEST PHONES
The objective of this project is to test our knowledge on mobile development in different platforms integrating, within the service, the connection to social networks for accessing and sharing, the use of geolocation, automated submission of reports and dynamics of gamification. A personal project that allows us to have fun and try new things.
Kakeibo will soon be available on Google Play and Apple Store. We hope you download it and like it as much as we do!
